Sprue pickers – Sp-F VI series

The pneumatic sprue pickers of the Sp-F VI series represent the first, most affordable approach to automating an injection molding machine.

Fast, reliable extraction

Average extraction time is under 0.8 seconds. An integrated sprue-presence sensor on the gripper confirms proper extraction, and the arm rotation angle is adjustable to clear the IMM's safety guard. The unit can be equipped with a vacuum generator for additional part handling, and the release side is easily customized to the application.

Controller

The user-friendly STEC-S2 controller offers simple operative-mode programming, keeping setup and operation straightforward.

End-of-arm tooling

Compatible with the EINS end-of-arm tooling range, which is also compatible with robots from other manufacturers.
