Pressurized water temperature control units CLASSIC WATER

Where an open water circuit cannot reach the required mould temperature, the pressurized CLASSIC WATER series runs closed-loop water circuits up to 160°C — from the compact TT-1398 N and TT-DW 160 for small injection moulds, through the mid-range 140 12 N and TT-138 N, up to the high-capacity TT-1358 W with a dual tubular/plate heat exchanger for rollers and large consumers.

Robust Mechanical Design

• Proven pump with mechanical seal (TT-1398 N, 140 12 N, TT-138 N) or magnetic coupling pump (TT-DW 160)
• Limescale-free heat exchanger; TT-1358 W combines a tubular and a plate heat exchanger for extended cooling range
• All parts in contact with water made of stainless steel or bronze
• Unit on castors (compact models) or adjustable feet (TT-1358 W)
