The top-entry robots of the XW-VIP series are the ideal solution for any handling of moulded pieces, available with pre-programmed operative modes or free programming.

Precision and speed

High-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball bearings and brushless motors with toothed-belt transmission guarantee precision positioning of ±0.1 mm. The STEC-520B controller automatically adjusts robot speed and acceleration to match the moulding cycle, and the telescopic vertical arm reduces the robot's footprint and height around the IMM.

Safety and energy saving

The anti-collision detector (5 levels of detection and sensitivity) immediately stops the robot on a forthcoming collision. Eco mode saves up to 25% of power consumption by temporarily stopping the servo motor and turning off the pendant backlight.
