High-temperature oil temperature control units CLASSIC OIL

The CLASSIC OIL high-temperature range runs process oil circuits from small extra-high-temperature moulds (200/250 series, up to 300°C) through mid-size TT-390 units up to 360°C, and on to the high-output TT-508 X, TT-510 X and TT-708 Y for rollers, plates and large consumers needing up to 144 kW of heating and 600 kW of cooling.

Robust Mechanical Design

  • High-temperature pump with mechanical seal (200/250, TT-390) or high-performance centrifugal pump (TT-508 X and larger)
  • Hot oil circuit with bypass ensuring internal oil circulation when valves are closed
  • Limescale-free heat exchanger, no oil cracking thanks to special heating construction
  • Expansion vessel with drip pan, unit on castors or adjustable feet

Safety

  • Level control for dry run protection
  • Expansion vessel with safety shut-off in case of overflow (TT-508 X and larger)
  • Electronic temperature limitation and monitoring in the controller
  • Mechanical safety thermostats
  • Visual and acoustic fault indications
