Dual-circuit and wide-range oil temperature control units CLASSIC OIL

This CLASSIC OIL group covers two special needs beyond a standard single hot circuit: the TT-407 Z / TT-409 Z / TT-410 X wide-range units run two cooling circuits (-20°C to +80°C and +80°C to +240°C) for reactor vessels from 50 up to 400 litres, while the TT-288/2 and TT-390/2 are true dual-circuit units that control two independent mould or roller circuits from a single machine.

  • Display in °C or °F and l/min or gal/min

  • Switchover for temperature control at the consumer, heating switchable in stages
  • Pressure indication for pump, compressed-air unit and compressed-air mains, with pressure regulation
  • Leakstopper device — pressure and vacuum mode possible (TT-288/2)
  • Automatic mould drainage (TT-288/2)

Robust Mechanical Design

  • High-temperature pump with mechanical seal, or magnetic-coupling pump on TT-288/2 (model A)
  • Hot oil circuit with bypass ensuring internal circulation when valves are closed
  • Limescale-free heat exchanger, no oil cracking thanks to special heating construction
  • All parts in contact with water made of stainless steel or bronze; unit on castors
